H625cdw Scan issues to Windows 10

I have a H625cdw laser printer - when using my mac, it works great.  Scanning works well using Image Capture.  When using my Windows 10 laptop, I can only print.  Windows print and fax doesn't recognize a scanner, settings - there are no scan options (just print); and when using the Dell Printer Hub,it says No Scanners Installed - although it lists Dell Color MFP H625cdw under printers.  

The other odd thing, is I use an application called Paperless that I use to scan receipts.  That software accesses the scanner just fine?  I've upgraded the firmware and re-installed all the Dell drivers and software ... still nothing.

How do I get the scanner to work on my windows 10 machine ... it is getting really old scanning to usb just to get files to my machine.  Thanks in advance for any help with this.
