Genuine Dell series 32 color cartridges do not fit Dell v525w inkjet printer

I bought a set of one Dell genuine series 33 black cartridge and three Dell genuine series 32 color cartridges at ebay. The black series 33 cartridge fits and prints just fine. The series 32 color cartridges do not fit. I contacted the seller, who replied that the series 33 cartridges do fit. Well, as I responded to the seller, the series 33 color cartridges are the not the problem. It is the series 32 color cartridges. A close side-by-side examination of the compatible series 33 color cartridges currently installed in my v525w printer and the Dell genuine series 32 color cartridges reveals slight differences in tabs and notches, or whatever they're called. No reply to my reply as yet, and the return window has closed. Ideas?
