Error Printing on Dell Color Laser 1320c

Hello, 

I have a Dell 1320 C Printer which has been working fine. I started getting a "error printing on dell color 1320c printer" every time I try to print something. I have tried installing the firmware all over and have done most of the suggestions offered on various posts (fresh reinstall and etc.). Nothing seems to work and I don't get an error code that I can search either. 

Any help/guidance/insight would be greatly appreciated. 

My Device:

Dell XPS 8930 (Core (TM) i9-9900K CPU 3.60GHz , 64GB Ram, Windows 11 Pro (version 24H2). Dell 1320C printer is connected with USB.

I had the same issue with my 1320c after updating to Windows 11. What fixed it for me was using the Windows 10 driver in compatibility mode seems like Dell never updated it for 11. Also make sure the printer isn’t stuck in offline mode or using a WSD port instead of USB. Hope that helps!

@printerdriversupport​ Thank you for that. After a bunch of trial and error, i realized the issue was a faulty USB switch/USB expander. Once i plugged directly to my computer, it ended up working fine.
