E525W duplex printing with Windows 10
I can't seem to find the option to turn on Duplex printing on my E525W printer. The Menu>Printer Setup option doesn't show up on the display and logging onto the printer web page settings doesn't show any selection for Duplex. The manual says I should be able to manually duplex without a special tray.

paterianus,
Select Flip on Short Edge or Flip on Long Edge from the Duplex menu on the
General or Paper/Output tab in the printer driver.
Click the link below to download the online users manual for the printer. The manual provides the information needed to setup the printer.
Also, check in the Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool for settings as well.

Have an Dell E525w.
I'm getting this error:
Incompatible print settings:
There are one or more conflicting settings.
One of the conflicting settings is:
Two-sided printing: Flip on long edge
Duplex Unit: Not installed
Resolve all conflict for me autmatically
I will resolve the conflict myself.
Looked for the 'get info from printer" and can't find it either, must be because which driver is installed. How can I fix this. Please email me if you would at tim.west@mercyships.org
Thanks,
Tim

There is no "Flip on Long Edge / Flip on Short Edge" setting in the driver anymore. I believe there used to be when I first purchased this printer in 2016, but as of now, the manual duplex settings in the driver seem to have been removed.
I have tried the Windows 10 PCL driver, the Open Print driver, and the Software Suite and Driver and none of them are showing the duplex option in either the general or the Paper/Output tab.
Is it still possible to print double sided with this printer?

Apparently the issue is that only the PCL driver includes the duplex functionality. I installed so many drivers trying to get this working that I don't even know if I installed the current PCL driver before trying the older version of the PCL driver. Anyway, the previous version of the PCL driver still works fine, so I downloaded that and it worked fine.
Also, I guess the Open Print driver also includes a PCL driver which has the manual duplex option, but it is not selected by default. You have to open printer properties, go to the advanced tab, and select the PCL driver in order to get the duplex functionality.

I may have found a solution.
If you don't see the PCL driver in Step 6, you may need to install it from the Dell support website. I got it here:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=yf2n2
(if you don't find it, search the Dell support site or google for "e525w pcl driver")
The next time you try to print something, the Printer Properties page should look like this:
