E525W color registration

I'm trying to follow How to Adjust the Color Registration on the E525w Dell Color Multifunction Printer | Dell US KB article, but I can't find the "Tool Box" link anywhere.  How can I print and manually adjust the registration or at least print and verify it's correctly aligned?
