E525w: cartrige got stuck, does not come out

Hello,

I have the strange problem that one cartridge (yellow) got stuck
and even with "some" force does not come out - only a part, ca. 3 cm.
It sticks in the lower part.
Pushing it back, it regularly clicks into its place.

Any idea? I don't dare to pull with too much force ...
