E515DW Printer causing PC to shut down when printing
PC running Windows 10. All was working okay until 2 weeks ago. For some reason, PC shuts down every time I send a print request. I tried changing connection from USB to wired Ethernet, but it still does it. PC and printer both connected via wire to router. Connected to printer via a laptop connected to router via wireless and no problems. I tried to uninstall and reinstall printer, no effect. Any ideas? Thank you.

Thank you for your message.
Has there been any recent software changes like installing games, anti-virus or Windows updates?
Delete all the print jobs & check if the printer spooler service is enabled.
Open run command – type services.msc- look for print spooler- make sure that the service is set to automatic.
Click on the recovery tab- make sure that the enable action is not checked (if restart computer on errors)
Change first, 2nd & subsequent failures to take no action.
Does it print after or before the restart?

I did a little more research. Apparently, it is sending a signal to the UPS via the PC to momentarily interrupt power when the printer is activated. I am going to check the UPS settings on the PC, but if there are any settings on the printer that you are aware of for me to check, please let me know.
