E515dw, Hub "No Modules Installed"
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64
Software: File Name: Printer_E515dw_Application_ALL_Dell_A03_WIN.zip
Importance: Recommended
Description: ALL (125.16 MB)
Release Date: 04 Jan 2017
Version: 1.01.00 ,A03
I installed the latest driver from the dell support site and on multiple computers after the installation I try to open the Dell printer hub and I get an error that says no printer modules installed. I have tried all of the options below including uninstalling and reinstalling plus removing dell printer hub with revo uninstaller. I'm at my wits end here. I am able to get the windows default scan program to work if I install the printer via WSD but the hub gives me the same error.
- Enabling Network Discovery to Resolve "No Scanner Installed" Issues
- Windows 7
- Windows 8.1 / 10
- Adding the Printer via WSD when Receiving "No Scanner Installed" After Running Software and Application Package
- Alternate Scanning Solutions for "No Scanner Installed" Issues After Performing the Previous Steps

Check the log file in C:\Users\public\application data\Dell Printer Hub. Maybe the answer will be there. Also after doing all the uninstalls, check this article https://www.howto-connect.com/print-management-tool-in-windows-10/ to eliminate drivers that stay installed.
