E310DW printer not printing whole page

I just bought a lightly used (<300 pages) E310DW laser printer. I discovered that when I select the "Fine" print mode from Control Panel>Dell Printer E310dw Printer>Customize your printer>Dell Printer E310dw Printer Properties>Preferences>Print Mode, the printer will not print anything in the last 1.5" on the right side of the page. Instead, there is a blank area. This happens with test pages and with normal documents. As far as I can determine, the driver is current. I'm using Windows 10 and the connection is via wired network. I know I can simply not use "Fine" mode but I'd prefer to actually solve the problem if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
