Do i have to rest the wireless internet on the printer everytime it's different wifi

I haven't use this printer since I had a different wifi network and I don't remember much on how i set it up the first time but I can't get it to even printer when i have it wired to the laptop the internet button on the printer just flashes everytime I hit print on the computer. So I was going to try it wireless but it is still not working and not sure how to reconnect it to a different laptop and different internet.
