DN5230 printer

Hi,

I've got a DN5230. This printer is supposed to print both sides. and I appears that the paper is stuck into the part supposed to reverse the paper..

This part was clean, didn't have any damage. I cannot see the reason why the paper stay stucked..

Any idea ?
