Difficulty with adding printer (Ricoh SP 213w) to my XPS 8940
Dear fellow Dell users - I am facing difficulty with adding my existing printer (Ricoh SP 213w) in perfect working condition (it works with my laptop fine) to my new XPS 8940. In the control panel list of devices - the printer is listed as an unspecified device but not as a printer. I urgently need to print a few things. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
