Dell V525W printer won't print after upgrade to Windows 1803

My Dell Inspiron 17-7779 laptop was upgraded to Windows 10, Version 1803 on Friday June 8, 2018 and I completely lost the ability to print. I re-installed my Dell V525W printer and got an error message that the driver was invalid. I downloaded the drivers again from the Dell website and got the same error. Because my Dell printer is older, I installed a new HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer and got an error message that it couldn’t create a print job.

Also got warning messages that my D drive was almost full.

Resolved all the problems by returning to the previous version, Windows 10 Version 1709. Both my Dell printer and the new HP printer now work fine and there are no D drive issues.

Have others experienced these types of problems and is the only solution returning to Version 1709?

Will Dell be issuing new drivers for Windows 10, Version 1803?

What about the D drive issues and the fact that the new HP printer couldn't create a print job on 1803 but was fine on 1709?
