Dell S3840cdn Bypass Tray not functioning as expected
I have the above listed printer. When I select bypass tray in the print setup screen (doesn't matter the application) The printer errors out and won't print. I have the "Resume" or "Cancel" only options and when I press RESUME, nothing happens.
The error message states "Held for Resources 016-910"
The printer software says that the bypass tray is for 4"x6" plain paper and there is NO WAY in the software (that I can find) that allows me to change this.
It is also my understanding that if the bypass tray has paper in it, the first sheet of any printjob will print from the bypass tray, again, this doesn't work on my printer.
The printer is just over a year old and it has never worked since I first tried to use it.

@Hawk8472 are you receiving the exact same error message as the previous poster of 016-910?
These printers are manufactured by Xerox under license for us. Here is a link to the Xerox forum with users encountering the exact same issue. I would recommend working through the steps suggested to try and resolve the issue - https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/016-910-message/td-p/208387
