Dell Printer S5840cdn SCALING PRINT OUT ISSUE

We have a Dell Color Smart Printer S5840cdn that is scaling down the size of our printed pages even though there is no scaling set in any of the Printer Dialog boxes with the software we are using.

We cannot find anything in the printers settings itself that would be causing this issue to happen.

Anyone else have this issue?
