Dell Printer C1760nw driver for Mac OS 11.1 Big Sur

Does anyone know if there is a driver to download for Dell printer C1760nw, for MacOS Big Sur 11.1? I just purchased a new Mac and updated to the new OS, and now my printer will not connect. 

Any input would be appreciated!!

  • The driver itself appears to work fine - i have a MBP upgraded from Catalina where the print software and driver were installed under Catalina.
  • The Print Installer (Dell C1760 C1660 Print Installer.pkg) fails during validation with unknown error on my new MBP with fresh Big Sur install.
  • My new MBP has the M1 chip, so it could be an issue with one or more of the installer modules not being compatible with the new chip architecture
  • Printing from the new MBP through the old MBP works just fine.

Printing seems to work, but not scanning. My B1265dnf is not fully functional.
