Dell Printer 1355CN Shuts down immediately after starting

I got my paper jammed in my printer Dell 1355CN and to remove the paper, I had to completely open the printer.

After that when I have settled back everything, my printer start with a tick sound and its fan moves for 1-2 seconds and then it cuts off itself.

Any idea on what can be wrong and how I can make that working ?
