Dell Photo All In One 924 Printer Jam

Hello everyone. I have a Dell All In One 924 Printer that I had for about a year. It seems that lately when I have been using it I have been having a problem printing more then one page. If I print more then one page the previous page on the printer tray will get pulled back into the printer and then the printer will jam. I have it set wireless and my laptop is upstairs and the printer is downstairs. The only way to print more then one page is to stand in front of the printer. It's hard to do that because I always have to run down the stairs to catch the page so it does not get pulled back in to the printer. Any suggestions? Thanks, Rinkerwolf
