Dell not contacting Xerox to activate my On Site Contrat

Has anyone had an issue with Dell not reaching out to a 3rd party to activate a contract that you purchased through Dell? I purchased a Xerox printer and a 4 year on site service agreement from DELL on Nov 8, 2022. The printer is now having problems, and no one seems to be able to help. When I reach out to Xerox, they tell me they have no record that I bought the extended plan and when I reach out to Dell, they tell me to call Xerox to schedule service. At this point is sounds to me that Xerox was never alerted that I bought a 4-year contract and Dell is basically just sitting on the $379.95 I paid them. I assume there is an entire team at Dell to handle these problems, but I have no idea how to reach them. This has been ongoing for 4 days now.
