Dell inspiron unable to see itself in the network elements and therefore unable to print to network printer

hi,

My dell computer is sitting on subnet A ( wifi network) and the printer is sitting on subnet B (cabled network) , there are rules in place for the printing to function in fact my ROG laptop works fine. for some reason the Dell is not listed in the network elements.

any ideas why this may be happening??

ciao,

Antonio

Verify that your Inspiron network properties is setup as private network.  When add a network printer, it should see and install any printer that was connected to the network.
