Dell H825CDW Printer Paper Jam - No Jam Exists
Our office Dell H825CDW printer keeps saying to clear paper jam in Tray 2. I have cleared it of any and all paper jams (front, back, side, top - everywhere you can think of), restarted the printer and still it says to clear paper jam from Tray 2. Restarted several times too. Help!

GlobalAg,
The Dell Color MFP H825cdw/H625cdw/S2825cdn has a new and improved design to resolve paper jam issues. There are only four steps required in removing the paper jam. The automatic release of the lever upon opening the door allows easy removal of paper jams for fast recovery. This leaves less chances of leaving residual paper traces inside the printer. Refer to the illustration below for paper jam removal steps:
Click the link below to download the service manual for the printer. Once opened start on page 354 for resolving paper jam issues.

OP: was this ever resolved, and if so, how? Same issue here, there is no jam, I've checked all avenues as suggested, but the printer reports there is still a jam.

I have the H625cdw dell color cloud multifunction printer and had the same problem. I actually had the problem twice so far. I just replaced the paper with flatter paper instead of the bent and crooked paper and it seemed to do the trick.

CLEAN THE CTD SENSORS
Open the rear cover door and clean the CTD SENSORS using a q-tip? Are you serious?
