Dell H815dw error 016-317
The printer was working just fine, then started reporting PLC errors printing and would not print. Searching suggested updating the printer. While updating the printer it got stuck and displays to reboot. Once rebooted, that's the error, 016-317. Can't press any buttons, touch screen doesn't change, only displays the error. Tried rebooting several times, no change. Unplugged, reboot, no change. Connected directly to the computer, the update software does not see it Took both electronic boards out to reset, no change.
Is there a way to put the printer in a mode so that I can load the update completely? If not, which board do I need to replace to fix this issue? Any suggestions?
