Dell h625cdw DADF Glass Clouded Underneath

The DADF glass (glass strip to the left of the large scanner glass plate) on my Dell h625 cdw has become clouded underneath in the middle.  I am able to remove the plastic strip between the DADF glass strip and the large scanner glass plate, but there is some plastic glued underneath the gap between the two glass pieces that prevents me from sliding anything in to clean the bottom / underneath side of the DADF glass.  Is there some way to access this from underneath or to lift the plate holding down the DADF glass strip so I can clean it?  Perhaps a process similar to what would be required if the glass were broken?  It seems silly not to be able to resolve this easily. Thanks.

Hi JCHutch,

Would you please PM (envelope on the top right) over some photos of the issue and your service tag and I can look into this for you further?

The glass for the ADF / scanner bed is non removable and part of a sealed unit so its not really possible to clean the underside of the glass.

Thanks,

Mick.

Is there a method of cleaning the underside of the glass?  Have a problem with a spec of dirt under the glass and causes issues with copies.  I priced extending the warranty, and that is about what was paid for the printer.  Printing is OK but copying, not so much.
