Dell e525w won't stay on Google cloud print, can't access web tool

I bought a Dell E525W for my fiancee for Christmas. It seemed to work well up until now. Now we are unable to print to it from either of our phones using Google cloud print.

The printer is set up wirelessly. It works fine printing from any computer in the house. If you turn it off and back in, cloud print works for a random amount of time but usually stops within 1 to 5 minutes.

Additionally, the web tool also stops responding in the same time frame. You can't log into it with it's IP address from any device. Power cycling fixes this too, for 1 to 5 minutes. I updated to the latest firmware, and power cycled my modem and router just in case. No luck.
