Dell e525w All in One Scanning to network folder - SMB Path Error 031-530

HI everyone.  So I just got this and overall it's real good.  I got scanning working on one Mac and 2 Windows machines.  However, there is one windows machine I cannot get scanning to work on using the Scan to Network Folder function.  I obviously know what to do as I had no problem setting up the 3 other computers but there is something strange about this computer where it will just not work.  Every time I scan I get SMB Path Error 031-530.  I've disabled firewall, antivirus but still I cannot get it working.  It's just this specific Windows 10 x64 Pro machine I'm having a problem with.  Help would be appreciated.  I do have Webroot installed which is different than the other machines but as I mentioned, I've disabled that and still have the issue.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
