Dell E515dw Scanner memory Deletion

Hello, the Scanner is working as expected.   Please can someone share the instructions in deleting the memory of each scan.   For unexplained reason, the scanner is saving all previous scans.   When I scan two business invoices, it save all the last invoices.   In this problem, two pages of scan are saved to one file, but when this file is open it contains 96 pages from all the previous scans.  

My objective is to find instructions to scan two pages and create a file with ONLY two pages.    The other pages are supposed to be save in their individual archive files.  

This tech problem is frustrating because I am trying to upload all business documents in to my accounting software for bookkeeping and tax filing purposes.    If any one can help, please!
