Dell E515DW MFC network scanning

Hello,
I have been a loyal Dell customer since 2005. After this last chat session I will never purchase another Dell product again. I purchased this Dell E515DW MFC that is capable of scanning to the network. I have other devices on the network that are scanning to the same network destination with no issue. I contact Dell chat and was told I need to purchase the Professional services option. That is ridiculous! I'm going to box this up and ship it back to the vendor is what I'm going to do.
