Dell e514dw : My feeder is not running through the paper , not scan in pdf, no option to set up size of paper.

Dell e514dw (Windows 10): My feeder is not running through the paper , is the printer damage?, it does not have option for scanning in pdf (only permit as a picture), does not have option to select paper size. I uninstalled driver and reinstalled it again but did not change anything.
