Dell E310DW Paper Jam

Hello,

I am getting constant paper jams in my dell E310DW printer. First it was getting stuck in back of the printer, i fixed it few times but now it's happening right at the paper tray, as soon as it picks up the paper and pass through it's getting stuck in the front of the printer at the printer tray. What can I do to fix it? I downloaded the manual but it just talks about how to clear the jam. Is there some roller/drum which is defective causing it to jam? what are my options? The paper I use is the same, it hasn't changed from the time it was working before so I don't think it's the thickness of the paper.
