Dell Document Hub says no internet connection - but this is not true!
I have a Dell H825cdw printer. I am able to print to it with no problems from my computer and other devices on my home network. Also I can browse the Internet from my computer as there is Internet service at my house. However, when I choose Dell Document Hub from my printer, it tells me there is no Internet connection. What could be the cause of this and how to resolve please?
I have this same issue whether the printer is connected via ethernet or WiFi. Both means of accessing my home network result in this same issue.
