Dell C3760dn Color Laser printer color alignment issue

Hi, we have a printer that has an issue anytime it needs to print anything color where it creates duplicate misaligned shadows of color (e.g the 1 and 26). I've tried reseating the toner and drums, and changing some of the alignment settings in the printer menu but have no luck. Does anyone know what could be the source or root cause of this problem? Black and white printing is fine as you can see below. Thanks!
