Dell B346dnf Unable to scan to network
We have a Dell B3456dnf that is out of warranty. We used to connect to the scan to the network. We are trying to setting the scanner to new computer that has windows 10. We created a shared folder and setup all the rights but when we tried to scan to we the error message "Unable top connect to the destination Please contact your system administrator." I wonder if this could a network rights issue ? Has any body has this kind of issue. It is connection to network because we are able to print. Does the printer have to connected to used port to scan instead of Ip address ? We had similar issue with Mac so we had use a usb cord.
