Dell B3465dnf

   Having an issue with sending scans to an e-mail address from a B3465dnf printer. I have updated to the most recent firmware that DELL has, and is still giving me an SMTP error. This firmware uses an outdated SSL/TLS enctryption of SSL23 which almost all e-mail servers reject. I updated the firmware in which it states it uses TLS 1.2, but I keep getting error

(SSL_accept): error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol

I tried calling DELL tech, but they want NOTHING to do with this as they haven't sold printers since 2018. I even tried to call Lexmark, thinking I might be able to load a Lexmark firmware (the MX610 is the same as the B3465) but that didn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
