Dell B2375DNF Scan to network requires SMB1?

I am unable to scan to Windows Server 2019 unless I enable SMB1 on the server (not recommended). I have confirmed this is required and present on older Windows Server editions (such as 2008 R2).

I'd like to leave SMB1 disabled as SMB2 or SMB3 should ideally be utilized. Can someone confirm this behavior and is there a fix/workaround/document that I am missing?

Just for further clarification:

We have multiple B2375DNF printers. This is reproducible. All printers are running the latest firmware.

I'm pretty sure after various testing, SMBv1 is the only supported protocol (if it is, that is a real shame and should be addressed across all supported printers).

Alternative option I am already aware of, Scan to FTP. This is not ideal and requires additional services that I don't typically allow on this network but I'd prefer this over enabling SMBv1.

Unfortunately, Windows Server 2019 is not on the tested/validated "Operating system" list found here. I only see Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2. Because of this, Dell is not going to have any documentation on how the B2375DNF would need to operate in Windows Server 2019. Hopefully, another B2375DNF/Windows Server 2019 user can post their thoughts.
