Dell B2375 Paper pickup replacement

Good afternoon,

I have a Dell B2375, which about a year ago required a paper pickup and feed kit. I replaced the feed kit then, and now am getting the same message at 88k (looks like 90k is suggested replacement). Well, being this kit doesn't have 90k, I'm looking for help on clearing this code. Is it just a simple counter reset? Maybe a cleaning? I just don't want to buy it again when it's almost brand new.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi D_Frisco,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your printer is not performing as expected.

Here is information from the Dell Knowledge Base you may find helpful:

How to Read / Reset Maintenance Counts B2375dnf / B2375dfw Dell Laser Printer

Hi there, what was your solution?

There seems to be no reset counter or anything that helps, the replacement will not help to set the counter to Zero, the error code will further occur. This is what I can read in nearly every thread.

So, now the official answer from DELL support (after letting me check some reset procedure that does not work).

The counter of this B2375 is not resetable! There is no Option, you have to change the whole body/Printer.
