Dell B2375 dfw printer

Hi, 

1) I am using Dell B2375 dfw printer. It scans well but not able to print at all. I am getting the message MP tray is empty although it is with full of papers. Sometimes, I am getting the message Tray 1 is empty. Please help me to resolve this.

2) I was trying to install the Dell B2375dfw/dnf Mono MFP Firmware 

but not able to install this hd file. Please help me on this.
