Dell B2360dn Printer Showing Offline

Question

My Dell B2360dn printer keeps saying it's 'offline', even though it's pluged in and on. Has anyone had this problem or knows how to get it back online?? Any ideas would be hepful...

This is not a hardware fault; this is usually a Windows printer status or a connection problem.

Try this for a quick fix.

Restart your PC and printer.
Turn off “Use Printer Offline” in the printer settings.
Make sure the printer is on the correct TCP/IP port (not WSD).
Update and reinstall the driver if needed.

Verify if it is a network printer and that it is on the same network and reachable (ping test).
