Dell AIO 922 Printer - Error Message Says Printer Can't Align
I just changed my black ink cartridge on my Dell AIO 922 printer. I am getting an error message telling me that the ink can't align because I haven't fully removed the tape from the cartridge.
The problem is that I have removed the tape. I have tried wiping down the cartridge with a cloth as well as the slot where the cartridge is inserted into the printer and aligning them again. I HAVE noticed that more black ink is coming out, but it has not completely solved the problem. I repeated this operation again, but did not notice improvement the second time.
Any ideas? I appreciate your help.:smileyhappy:
