Dell 964 All in one printer - not printing
Can anyone help, black cartridge not printing, ink level showing ok with replacement cartridges, only colour one prints, tried different cartridges but no luck.
No Events found!

Remove then cartridge and use a q-tip with some windex or warm water to clean the contacts on both the cartridge and in the carrier. Make sure the printer is unplugged when you do this. When everything is totally dry put it in and see if it works. If this does not work and you have already tried a new cartridge then the only thing left is that you have a bad printhead. You can order a new printhead from Dell
