Dell 7130cdn network goes to sleep
I have a 7130cdn that constantly loses network connectivity overnight. The printer is still on and the network port is just fine as the printer here before had no issues. Is this a known issue? It is at the latest firmware. I can't even find a way to factory reset this printer. Anyone know how to do that?

komputerguy,.
Click the links below for resolving network issues with your printer. What operating system is installed on your computer? You can download the online manual below for information on setting up your printer to your wired network as well as connecting through USB

Yeah I had accessed all of that before. Nothing told me how to use the NVRAM reset feature as the factory reset for this printer. I finally found that on the control panel of the printer and reset it that way. We'll see if that helps.

Ok, I bought a whole new logic board for this printer and the SAME issue is happening. This is a problem I need Dell to help with!! It goes to sleep, doesn't accept print jobs and can't be pinged although the nic on the printer is flashing like it is live. There has to be a setting somewhere or this printer is just garbage which I'm guessing is the case with how little info there is on it out there. Dell help please!!!
