Dell 3115cn printer

Hello, our group bought 10 dell printer 3115 from a stock times ago, now we are trying them but 9 on 10 give problem with b/w and color. someone had the same problem? here's the color test and settin page.

i've done the contamination test too and had pratically the same thing.
