Dell 3110cn Horizontal Banding on All Pages Printed

Please feel free to move this to an appropriate location if this isn't the correct place for it.

I've got a Dell 3110cn printer and recently it's been producing printouts with black horizontal banding on all the pages. I've included photographs of the contamination report run on the printer along with another report called Grid2.

As you can see from the photographs the lines are black and occur at regular intervals on the page.

I'm not sure what's causing the banding. The printer has sat idle for 18 months or so as I've had no need to print anything.

Any help or suggestions to remedy the problem would be most appreciated.
