Dell 2150cdn black prints light in middle of page

I am the local IT tech for our school system. A user has a Dell 2150cdn that only the black prints light near the middle of the page. I have tried a different PHD unit and it still prints the same. I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions on this issue. Thanks in advance!
