Dell 1320c Windows 11 Windows on Arm

I am trying to use the downloaded drivers.

So I download them, unzip them.

Go to add driver

Click on Have disk

navigate to the dlhsnzi.inf file , click on Open and OK

And it tells me to insert the manufacturer's disk and I end up in an infinite loop.

Is there another way?

It does this with both the Win_X86 and the Win_x64 directories.

Path is C:\Users\marstr01\1320c_DRV_ENG_01-01-06-00_01-01-06-00\English\Drivers\Win_x64

It sounds like you're having trouble installing the drivers for your device. Instead of using the "Have disk" option, you could try the following steps:

  1. Open the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Windows Start menu and selecting "Device Manager".

  2. Locate the device you want to install the driver for, right-click on it, and select "Update driver".

  3. In the pop-up window, select "Search automatically for updated driver software".

  4. Windows will search for and install the driver for your device automatically.

Alternatively, you could try downloading the driver installation software from the manufacturer's website, if it's available. This should simplify the installation process and ensure that you have the correct drivers for your device.

I found this for Windows 10 Driver Install and worked great.  So it should also work for Windows 11, you just will have a different driver file to install, and of course, a different file to download from Dell.  But can follow the same steps.

Hello,

Sorry about resurrecting an old threat. I have a Dell 1320 C Printer which has been working fine. I started getting a "error printing on dell 1320c printer" every time i try to print something. I have tried installing the firmware all over and have done most of the offered suggestions on this post as well as a few others. Any help/guidance/insight would be greatly appreciated.

My Device:

Dell XPS 8930  (Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz   3.60 GHz) 64GB Ram, Windows 11 Pro (version 24H2). Dell 1320C printer is connected with USB.

Thank you!

@Kmi76011 my problem was down to a faulty USB switch. I started trouble shooting by changing the wires and connecting directly to my computer. Hope this helps.
