The Printing Preferences dialog box allows the customer to control the default printing options on the Dell™ 1320c Color Laser Printer. There are two ways to access the Printing Preferences dialog box:

• From the 1320c Properties dialog box, click the Print Preferences button.
• From Printers and Faxes window, right-click the 1320c icon and then click Print Preferences in the contextual menu.

The driver uses the Printing Preferences dialog box to set the preferences for print jobs and the printing defaults.

• To set preference for the current job, do either of the following:
  • From the Print dialog box, click Print Preferences.
  • From the 1320c Properties dialog box, click Printing Preferences on the General tab.
