Dell 1320c firmware upgrade failure

I tried to upgrade my 1320c printer to the latest firmware by using the exe file on my PC.  It got stuck and I had no choice but stop the upgrade.

My printer is now useless.  I can still get into it thru the web interface and it shows:

016-370:Contact customer support if this failure is repeated

I tried upgrading again but no luck.  When I run the exe it also sees the printer and shows "not complete" in "Status".

Is there any way I can save this?  Or the printer is going to landill?

Thanks for posting.

Here is some information you may find helpful.  If not, it may be less expensive to contact tech support than buying a new printer.  But on the other hand, this printer is at least 7 years old, might be time for a new one.
