DEll 1320C doesn't work with Window 8.1 64bit

I have four computers. Two with Windows 8.1 32bit where the Dell 1320C works fine. The other two have Windows 8.1 64bit and the Dell doesn't work fine. What happens is very simple. It refuses to print from the paper tray. No matter what setting I force it to use, it wants to use the single feed option and I get an error message that the single feed is not loaded. If I stick a piece of paper into the single feed then it prints out fine. I am using the Windows 7 1320c_DRV_ENG_01-01-05-00_01-01-05-00 which is the one that dell recommends. Anybody else having this problem?

From page setup set tray2 as the source. Auto gets a bit confused

The problem could be due to several factors.

1. The printer may require driver software to work properly. Your printer driver may be for the previous version of Windows especially if you recently upgraded from one version of Windows to another.

2. Printer drivers might be damaged. Problems like power outages, viruses, or other computer problems, can cause printers to fail.

You can try downloading and installing the latest driver for your printer and see if they'll be of help.

I have this exact same problem, and I hadn't tied it to Windows 8.1 until I read your post.  I am now running 8.1 64-bit on a Dell Venue 11 Pro, and my 1320c refuses to print from the tray, instead requiring to be spoon-fed through the front door.

I set mine to Tray1 and it worked as well.
