Dell 1130 Laser Printer says No Paper, yet it has plenty of paper

I am Keegan, and I work with Bhansali Steels.

Just started getting this message today on my Dell 1130 Laser Printer. 

What are the troubleshooting steps for this printer?

Is there anything I need to clean, such as a sensor, wheels, or rollers?
