can't get picstures from memory card
I have a dell 942 all in one printer and have always been able to put my memory card in and hit save to computer and they go to my computer. tried it today and the printer got the pics becasue i see them in the little window on printer and can get a slide show there or print them but they do not go to my computer. called dell and they said i need a new printer but just wonder if there is anything else i can do?

Sounds like a communication issue I would try a uninstall reinstall of the printer drivers.
Also make sure you try to close all running programs by right clicking icons by the clock in the bottom right of the screen and selecting close exit ect... Might be something in the back round preventing this from taking place.
