Can I Use this Printer

I have a Dell Photo Printer 720. Worked great when I was running Windows XP. (don't judge lol). I have since upgraded several times and am now running Windows 10. Can I use the 720 with windows 10? I went to the support pages and downloaded a driver, but it won't work since it's 16 bit and needs to be 64 bit. Can this printer be saved, or is it destined for the electronic junk heap?
